At first Amazon linking didn't work, now everything doesn't work. Nothing shows up anymore in this app and I have to manually add them, which defeats the purpose. Too bad, as this app used to be the best.
4/26/2022: Complete JUNK. Can't link Amazon! It is now a POS! I can't link my Amazon account! WORTHLESS! This app has gone downhill years ago!
Slice stopped working in February. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, reseting the password, it says my account does not exist. Tried creating a new account, got an error. I've emailed support and am waiting to see if anyone will ever get back to me. Also, it was constantly disconnecting from other linked accounts e.g., Amazon. It was once a great app, but no longer. 1 ⋆
Hasn't worked in months! No tracking at all of shipments or prices. No response from customer service. Not sure the company is still in business.
Not working as good as it was in the past. I am having to manually enter tracking numbers and it still doesn't update. Update: Doesn't track AT ALL.
** This is my final review. I would give it zero stars, if possible. The app no longer works, and my email to tech support bounced back as undeliverable. So, installed for good! **1/17 Another downgraded review. Same song. Won't link to Amazon. And the app developers don't care. **

This is a great app when it works, which is 90% of the time (hence, my score of 4 stars). Also, it is really the only app I know of that can automatically pick up all of my shipments from my email and put them in one place. As others have mentioned, it does not integrate with Amazon as it claims it should. And occasionally it will stop syncing with my email, but then the next day it will be working again. Currently, I am unable to add images to the shipments, a nice feature that I have used for years to help me easily identify my packages. Not a deal-breaker, but yet another annoyance that may or may not get resolved.
Just as others have mentioned, this app used be great. However, the app currently doesn't authenticate using the correct credentials and permissions. Additionally, it appears that the app is no longer supported. I submitted a ticket regarding account authentication and never received a response even after a follow up request. I am deleting the app and requesting my data be removed from their servers.
